摘　　要：教学反思是实现教学科学发展的重要举措,是教师成长的阶梯,是实现教师可持续发展的不可缺少的环节,是在大学英语教学改革中优化课堂教学、提高体育院校英语教育教学质量的重要手段。在众多现代化教学手段的条件下,反思仍具有其独特魅力,值得探讨。Teaching reflection plays an important role in the scientific development of modem education; it is the impassable ladder for professional teachers＇ growing and also the essencial part for teachers＇ achieving sustainable development;it is the major means of improving English teaching quality in P.E.college English teaching reform. Of the present modem teaching methods, reflection is still shining, channing, and worth more exploring.
