摘　　要：借鉴知识管理的思想,依据知识管理中知识分类的方法,笔者对校际协作学习中所涉及到的主要知识进行了分类,并将SECI模式及其策略应用于校际协作学习,从知识转换的角度建立了校际协作学习开展的模式。From the thought of Knowledge Management and based on knowledge classification method in Knowledge Management,the author classifies the main knowledge in Interscholastic Collaborative Learning,then applies SECI model and its strategies to Interscholastic Collaborative Learning,and from the angle of knowledge conversion builds the model of Interscholastic Collaborative Learning.
