摘　　要：阐述了精品课程的定义及其建设的目的,从课程建设目标、师资队伍建设、教材建设、教学内容、教学方法改革等方面探讨了微生物工程工艺原理精品课程的建设实践。The definition of top-quality course and the goal of its construction were expounded,and the experiences in aspects such as the aim of this course construction,the building of teachers＇contingent,construction of teaching materials,innovation of teaching approaches from the topquality course construction of Microbial Engineering Technologic Principium were explored in this paper.
