摘  要:七年制临床医学教育以培养具备临床工作能力和科研能力的综合型高级医学人才为目标。推行双导师制,可以使学生尽早接触科研实践,建立科研思维,为成为合格的高级临床医学人才奠定基础。双导师制将成为实现七年制临床医学专业教学目标的重要保障。The seven-year medical program aimed at cultivating highly educated medical students that were capable at both clinical and research work. Double-tutor system could provide students with more chances in exercising their scientific research abilities at an earlier stage, and to establish their own research thoughts, thus the students could be better prepared to be qualified clinical medical professionals. As an important part of clinical education in seven-year medical program, the double-tutor system would be helpful for achieving the education purpose.
