摘  要:本科教学是大学的中心工作之一,促进本科教学质量提高的关键因素之一是教师。为了调动中山大学广大医学教师的教学积极性、提高教学效果,近年来,学校定期组织了教学“三赛”活动并形成常规、长效的教学活动形式,有效地促进了师生教学相长。本文主要介绍了中山大学“三赛”实践活动的策划与组织情况,以及其对学校本科医学教学质量的促进与成效。Teaching is the main duty of university and teachers are the key to improve the teaching quality. For the purpose of arousing teachers to pay more attention in teaching, three-teaching competition had been organized in recent years at SUN Yet-sen University. It has proved that teaching competition is a good way to improve teaching quality of medical education in our university. In this article, it was introduced how to organize three-teachlng competition in our university and the effects in improving teaching quality of medical education.
