摘　　要：该文给出了一个新的零齐次核的Hilbert型积分不等式及其等价形式,同时证明了常数因子的最佳性.In this paper,by estimating the weight function,we give a new Hilbert-type integral inequality with is a Hilbert-type integral inequality with homogeneous kernel of 0-degree.The equivalent inequality and the reverse forms are considered.
