摘  要:我国高职教育已进入强化特色、全面提高教学质量的关键时期,实行"双证书"制度是促进"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式改革及提高教育教学质量的重要举措。针对目前双证制度实施过程中存在的问题,可构建将双证研发、双证实施和双证鉴定融为一体,由学校、培训及鉴定机构、企业及行业组织共同参与的双证融通的全过程人才培养机制,同时完善政府及院校实施双证保障机制,健全双证鉴定工作机制,建立双证的维护与更新机制。Higher vocational education in China has entered into the key phase of intensifying characteristics and comprehensively enhancing teaching quality,and to implement "dual-certificate" system is an important measure of fostering talent cultivation model and enhancing education and teaching quality.Aiming at the problems existed in the implementation process of dual-certificate system.The dual-certificate whole process talent cultivation mechanism that integrates development,implementation and identification of dual-certificates into one,participated by schools,training and identification institutes,enterprises and industrial organizations can be built;meanwhile,to optimize the assurance mechanism for dual-certificate implementation,and dual-certificate identification mechanism,etc.
