摘 要:该研究对实验室保存的4株运动发酵单胞菌(Zymomonas mobilis CICC10225,ATCC29191,CICC10232,IFFI10225)在不同葡萄糖浓度的合成发酵培养基及甘薯糖化液发酵培养基中的乙醇发酵能力进行比较,然后以筛选出的乙醇发酵效率最高的Z.mobilisCICC10225为出发菌株,进行了较深入的以甘薯为原料的乙醇发酵研究,结果显示:Z.mobilisCICC10225具有快速代谢底物生产乙醇的能力,游离细胞乙醇发酵时,最高乙醇浓度达79.8g/L,最高糖转化率为0.49 g/g,乙醇产量为理论值的95.5%.以海藻酸钙为包埋介质,在甘薯糖化液中对Z.mobilis所进行的固定化细胞多批次半连续乙醇发酵,发酵周期最短可达8 h,最高乙醇浓度为88.03 g/L,糖转化率最高可达0.50 g/g.Comparison of ethanol production was made among 4 Zymomonas mobilis strains (CICC10225, ATCC29191 ,CICC10232 ,IFFI10225)in composit fermentation media and in sweet: potato media with different glucose concentration and it was found that the strain CICC10225 was the best one for ethanol production. The results from the further ethanol fermentation using Z. mobilis CICC10225 in sweet potato meida showed that this strain could fast metabolite substrates glucose into ethanol. During the fermentation in sweet potato media by using free Z. mobilis CICC10225 cells, the highest concentration of ethanol is 79.8 g/L, the highest ethanol productivity (Yp/s) was 0.49 and ethanol production reached 95.5 % of the theoretical value. However, during the continuous fermentation using immobilized cells, fermentation time could greatly reduced to 8 h with the ethanol concentration and productivity of 88.03 g/L and 0.50. resneetivelv
