摘  要:农科院校工科专业学生在就业方面存在的基础差、知识面窄、实践能力不足、职业素养欠缺等不足,导致其就业竞争力不强。认为数学建模活动有助于培养学生学习专业知识的积极性、培养学生的自学能力和创新能力,而且有助于培养了学生尊重客观事实、求真务实的品质、勇于探索艰苦奋斗的敬业精神、良好的协作精神、提高学生语言能力和文字表达能力等人文素质。积极开展数学建模竞赛活动,既培养学生的专业技能,又培养学生的综合素质,使学生的综合素质及创新能力得到了提高,提高了其就业竞争力。In agricultural colleges and universities,students majoring in engineering have some disadvantages in employment ability,such as bad foundation,narrow knowledge,inadequate practice ability,lack of professional quality,and so on.So they have less employment competitive.Through the practice of mathematical modeling activity,it can be concluded that mathematical modeling activity plays an important role in professional skills and comprehensive quality,such as the enthusiasm to learn professional knowledge,self-study ability,innovative ability,and humane quality.For the humane quality,it can be conductive to the quality for believing in objective facts and pragmatic ability,to the professional spirit of exploration and struggle,to the collaboration ability,to the expression ability.Therefore,implementing mathematical modeling activity can promote the employment ability of agricultural college and university students majoring in engineering.
