摘  要:农村骨干教师的培训内容应该设置为五个部分,按照所占比重由高到低依次为:能力素养、身心健康素养、知识素养、师德素养、培训目的,而农村骨干教师的培训方法应该以受训者为主体,多采用观摩学习和专家指导实践的方式进行。Investigating primary school key English teachers and junior high school key English teachers studying in Daqing Normal University, we found that the key teachers training contents should be set up into five parts, and the proportion from the lowest to the highest is: ability, mental health, knowledge, and virtue and training purposes. The key teachers training should take the individual as the main, applying the methods of observing and expert guiding.
