摘　　要：实现“有效教学”是教师一直探索的重要课题，不同的教师有不同的感悟和思考。本文就试图从备课和教学两方面浅谈如何提高课堂效率。主要包括如何处理教材、重视集体备课、学生自主预习、把握课堂节奏等主题．以期构建出初中历史高效课堂。Realizing ＂effective teaching＂ is an important issue teachers are exploring and different teachers have different reflection. This paper tries to expounds how to improve classroom effect from lesson preparation and teaching, mainly including how to deal with textbooks, emphasizing collective lesson preparation, students＇ autonomous preview and grasping classroom rhythm, so as to construct junior high school history effective classroom.
