摘　　要：为有效应对经济社会发展对技能型人才的需求,消除人才流动中的学位障碍,我国有必要为高等职业教育设置独立的职业学位。职业学位可暂设为副学士和学士两个层次,预留硕士和博士的发展空间,同时,为其制定严格的授予标准和程序,建立科学的评价机制,提高职业教育的人才培养质量和发展水平。In order to response to the demand for skilled talents of economic and social development and eliminate the diploma obstacle in talent flow, it is necessary to set independent vocational diploma. The vocational diploma can be divided into two levels of associate bachelor and bachelor, and prepare the development space for master and doctor diploma. Meanwhile, making strict awarding standard and procedure and building scientific evaluation system to enhance the talent cultivation quality and development level of higher vocational education.
