摘　　要：世界职业技能大赛日益受到各国的关注,并涌现出日本、韩国、芬兰等一批职业教育发达国家。中国近年来在世界职业技能大赛中取得了丰硕成果,也推动了中国职业技能竞赛活动的开展。全国职业院校技能大赛作为国家级职业技能竞赛项目,对我国职业教育产教结合新体制、工学结合现代教学制度和校企融合人才培养模式的形成和发展产生了重要作用。今后应充分发挥全国职业院校技能大赛的导向作用、影响力和倒逼机制,促进职业教育特性的本质回归,实现职业教育全方位改革和发展方式转变。World vocational skill competition has been paid more and more attention by many countries, and a group of developed countries of vocational education as Japan, Korea and Finland, etc., have come into being. In recent years, China has seen a lot of achievements in world vocational skill competition, and vocational skill competition has been promoted in China. As a national-wide vocational skill competition, the national vocational college skill competition has brought profound and practical influences in many ways, such as the new system of the integration of production and teaching of vocational education, the modern teaching system with the integration of industry and learning, and the training mode of the integration of college with enterprise, etc. In the future, we should bring into play to the guiding role and influence of national vocational college skill competition, and promote the social influence effect and the hypostatic regression of vocational education, so as to realize the change of all-round reform and development of vocational education.
