摘 要:在百年发展过程中,基于特殊国情,我国的中师教育形成了"超稳定封闭"的体制框架,同时进行了百年不懈的"师范性"追求。正是在"体制框架与不懈追求"中,百年中师教育特色逐渐孕育、凝聚与彰显。对涵容了"中师教育特色"诸元素的中师教育进行"感性描述",其特征表现为:在"综合培养价值取向"基础上,积淀"教师教育专业化";在同质同构教育生态条件下,突出"师范教学示范性";在教学模式建构与教学个性追求中,造就"教师教学风格化";在教学艺术与课堂人生境界里,孕育"两代师表童心化";融入高校系统与强化学科支撑,再造"师范教学学术性"。During one hundred years of development, based on the special national conditions, our secondary normal education has formed a "ultra-stable and closed" systematic framework. Meanwhile, we have carried through a hundred years of unremitting pursuit of normality. Just in the course of systematic framework and unremitting pursuit, the characteristics of the hundred years of secondary normal education have been gradually bred, gathered and highlighted. Through perceptual description on the secondary normal educational world bearing with various elements of the secondary normal educational characteristics, their characteristics show that the teacher educational specialization has been collected based on the orientation of comprehensive cultivation value; the normal teaching demonstration has been highlighted in homogeneous and isomorphism educational ecological conditions; the teachers" teaching style has been trained in the construction of teaching mode and the pursuit of teaching individuality; the "two generations of students" childlike innocence" have been born in the realm of teaching art and class life; and the normal teaching academic nature has been re-created by integrating with university system and consolidating disciplinary support.
