摘 要:校长培训的价值在于学习内容的主体化,即学习内容是否满足了校长的需求,为校长的发展服务。而校长培训评价则是以校长为价值主体,对校长与学习内容之间相互关系的成果进行评价。本文从价值论的角度研究了基于需求校长培训模式的必要性,结合北卡罗莱纳州已有的培训经验研究了该模式实施的可行性,并从培训的起点、培训的载体、培训的评价和反馈三个角度详细分析了构建该模式的程序。The value of principal training is the content of learning to be subjective. That is to say, whether the contents meet the principal's demands, and contribute to principal's development. The evaluation of principal training is to evaluate the interaction between principal and contents, with principal being the subject of value. This article analyzes the necessity of the model from the theory of value, analyzes the feasibility based on the experience of North Carolina's principal training, and gives suggestions on how to put this model into practice, from three dimensions: the starting point of training, the supporters of training, the evaluation and feedback of training.
