摘　　要：文章介绍了温州职业技术学院、武汉船舶职业技术学院、深圳职业技术学院3所示范性高职院校有关教学团队建设方面的实践经验,总结出了高职院校教学团队建设方面的共性要点,为高职院校双师结构教学团队建设提供借鉴。The article introduces the practice about the teaching team building of three model colleges, including Wenzhou Vocational ＆ Technical College, Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology, Shenzhen Polytechnic, and generalizes the common points of the college teaching team building so as to help the other colleges to build the ＂Theory and Practice Integrated＂ structure teaching team.
