论高职院校教师教育职业能力培养与评价

摘　　要：高职教育发展重点以内涵质量提升为核心，以培养高素质技能型人才为动力，以校企四合作为主线。加强对教师的教育职业能力和专业实践能力的培养是教育质量内涵提升的重要保证和基础。本文分析了高职院校普遍存在的年轻教师教育职业能力有待提高，提出加强对年轻教师和从企业来的教师教育职业能力培养以及评价的必要性。Vocational education development of the next few years focus on enhancing the content quality, fostering high quality skilled personnel for the power and taking school--enterprise cooperation as the main line. Strengthening the vocational teaching ability and professional practice capacity is the base and assurance of enhancing education quality. This paper analyzes the common issues that vocational education and professional capacity of novice teachers is not enough, points out the necessity and evaluation methods of strengthening the Vocational Ability of novice teacher.
