摘　　要：临床教师作为高等医学教育的主体力量,其师德教育的成果不仅影响到整个医学教师队伍的层次水平和医学院校的办学质量,更关系到医学生职业道德素养的培养提高。结合临床教师的工作实际,从加强岗前培训、拓展在职教育以及完善考评机制等方面分析探讨了加强这一特殊教师队伍师德教育的路径方法,旨在进一步提高临床教师的师德水平,更好地为医学临床教育教学服务。Clinical teachers,as the main force of higher medical education,the fruits of moral education will not only influence the level of medical teachers and educational quality of medical institutions,but also relate to the improvement of the professional ethics of medical students.Combining with the actual work of clinical teachers,through strengthening pre-job training,expanding on-the-job education as well as improving the evaluation mechanism and other aspects,the way of strengthening moral education of the special team of teachers has been analyzed.The purpose is to further improve the moral level of clinical teachers,making good services to clinical teaching and education.
