摘　　要：举办多样化的高等教育,是满足多样化人才培养的需求。地方高校应根据自己的优势以及经济社会发展的需求,进行科学定位,尤其在人才的培养目标、学科专业设置、课程与教学模式等方面,实施特色办学,在各自的学科领域培养具有特色的各类人才,以适应社会经济的快速发展和对人才提出的更高要求。The running of diversified higher education is the demand of cultivating different talent.Therefore,local universities should orientate scientifically according to its own advantages and the demands of the economy development,especially in the target of talent-cultivating,the subjects,the mode of curriculum and teaching,and so on,running university characterstically and cultivate talent with characteristics in respective fields in order to adapt the rapid development of social economy and the higher demand of talent.
