摘　　要：备好课是上好课的基础。基于作者多年的教学实践,文章提出了一种"课前三省"——从教学内容、教学组织、内在心灵三方面在课前对备课进行把握的方式。Preparing lessons well is the foundation of giving good lessons. In light of the teaching practice for many years, the method of ＂pre- class self- examination in three aspects＂ is advanced, the three aspects being the content of courses, teaehing organization and mentality.
