摘  要:中职教师尤其是专业课教师专业发展水平偏低,成为制约中职教育发展的瓶颈。加强师资队伍建设,构建中职教师专业发展互动机制,促进在职教师的专业发展尤为迫切。中职教师专业发展互动机制的建构,关键在于明确职教教师专业标准,完善教师资格制度、继续教育制度以及职称评定制度,并使其相互衔接,形成良性互动,引领教师的专业发展。The relative low professional development level of specialty teachers in secondary vocational schools is a bottleneck factor restricting the development of secondary vocational education.Therefore,it is imperative to build the interactive mechanism for professional development of secondary vocational school teachers and foster the professional development of in-service teachers.To build the interactive mechanism for professional development of secondary vocational school teachers,the key is to clarify the professional standard,optimize title system,further education system and professional title evaluation system for vocational school teachers,and make them link mutually,and form good interaction,to guide the professional development of teachers.
