摘  要:高职学习现状问卷调查反映了学生学习心理状态的矛盾和混乱的状况,造成这一现状的深层因素是社会文化环境对高职学习的低支持性,低支持性导致高职学生学习心理需要的关键因素的缺失,抑制学生的学习行为向学习目标迈进过程中身心状态的稳定性与持久性。解决高职学习动机缺失的关键是要文化认同,建构文化情景,让技术学习的意义与价值指导学习行为,成为点燃学生学习与发展的内在动力。The Survey of learning situation of Higher Vocational Colleges reflects that the learners are in a psy-chological status of contradiction and confusion.The underlying factor causing this situation is that a low support from the social cultural environment in higher vocational colleges.This phenomenon leads to the missing of the critical factor of psychological needs of vocational learners,which inhibits the stability and the persistence of physical and mental state of learners’learning behavior during the process of achieving their learning goals.The key to solving the lacking of vocational learner’s learning motivation is the cultural identity,to build cultural scene,and to guide the learning behavior by significance and value of learning technology,which will inspire learners’intrinsic motivation of learning and self-development.
