摘　　要：高职酒店管理专业必须和酒店企业深入合作才能培养出行业所需的人才,我院酒店管理专业自2005年开始以"工学交替"为教改的切入点,针对酒店管理专业的特色,精选合作酒店企业,积极推行以专业技能、职业素质培养为核心的实景化教改,本文在此做一些探究。In-depth cooperation of higher vocational hotel management specialty and hotel enterprises can train talents who meet industry needs. This article is to conduct exploration, taking ＂alternation of working and learning＂ as entry point of educational reform since 2005 in hotel management specialty of Suzhou Institute of Trade ＆ Commerce, selecting cooperative hotel enterprises, actively promoting realistic educational reform which takes training of professional skills, professional quality as the core.
