论有效组织大学课堂讨论的条件

摘　　要：课堂讨论是研究性教学的重要形式之一,有助于教学相长,激发学生创造性思维。无论从教学的角度还是从个体的角度看,大学开展课堂讨论都是十分必要的,但目前大学课堂讨论的实效性并不乐观。要使大学课堂讨论充分而有效地展开,除了讨论问题本身要具备一定的条件外,还需要教师有扎实的理论知识,丰富的实践经验,对问题思考的深刻性;需要学生打好先修课程基础,对教材内容进行预习和思考;需要师生打破原有的心理定势。Classroom discussion is an important form of research-oriented teaching. It can boost the mutual enhancement of teaching and learning and stimulate creative thought of students. In spite of all the benefits, classroom discussion is not organized in a satisfying way. A sound and effective class- room discussion presuppose proper topics, knowledgeable and experienced teachers, diligent students and appropriately-oriented teacher-student relation.
