开放大学互动学习资源的设计

摘　　要：互动资源是教育者之间、学习者之间、教育者与学习者之间的资源通过教育平台进行的相互交流展示与彼此分享。创设互动资源,改变当前资源信息单向传输的状况,激发大众参与网络学习的热情,是社会及其成员对开放大学学习资源的必然要求。要创设互动资源,从教师层面来说,有两个突出的要求:一是资源必须丰富多样,便于学生自由选择;二是资源必须灵活多变,便于学生重构。为此,教师可采用如下一些策略:强化设计,运用论坛引导;满足学习者的多样化需求,创设多层资源;创新理念,打造个性空间。Interactive learning resources are to be exchanged and shared on educational platforms among educators and learners.To create interactive learning resources,teachers need,first,to develop diversified learning resources for learners to choose;secondly,to design flexible varieties of learning resources for learners to reconstruct.Teachers can adopt the following strategies: to create a friendly interactional environment,with the BBS guidance,strengthening instructional design;to develop learning resources using a multi-layer structured approach to meet the diversified needs of learners;to design individualized learning space with special consideration of learners' needs.
