摘　　要：为适应我国社会经济发展的需求和当前食品安全现状以及公共营养师缺乏的现实,培养高素质的食品营养与检测专业人才迫在眉睫。因此,高职院校对食品营养与检测专业人才培养目标的准确定位相当重要。Professional person with kinds of quality and ability of food nutrition and detection must be provided,with the requirement of socioeconomic development and current situation of food safety and shortage of public nutritionist.It is important for vocational college to definite talent training aims of food nutrition and detection.
