摘　　要：研究了区组设计4-(q+1,7,λ)以一般射影线性群PGL(2,q)为区传递自同构群的存在性条件,以及由自同构群PGL(2,q)构造区传递4-(q+1,7,λ)设计的计算机算法,并由此构造出了给定参数的以一般射影线性群PGL(2,q)为区传递自同构群的4-(q+1,7,λ)设计.In this paper, we investigated the existence of 4- （q ＋ 1,7, λ） designs with block-transitive au- tomorphic group PGL （2,q） , and the computer algorithm to construct the block-transitive 4-（v,k,20 designs from PGL（2,q） . We also constructed some 4-（q ＋ 1,7,λ） designs, in which the parameters can be given and can admit block-transitive automorphic group PGL （2,q）.
