摘  要:以独立设置的职技高师——江苏技术师范学院为例,通过文献检索、问卷调查等研究手段,运用相关分析、比较分析研究方法,对其服务职业学校师资需求的能力进行研究。结果发现:相比其他高校,职技高师职教师资服务能力非常突出,其中,师范类毕业生,特别是职业指向明显的专业,在这方面发挥了核心功能。为保持和提升职教师资服务能力,职技高师应保证师范教育的规模,拓展和建设职业属性较强的专业,探索新型职教教师教育体系。Taking Jiangsu teachers' college of technology a special vocation-technical teachers' college for example, to study its ability of cultivating teachers' for vocational schools mainly by using of the research means, such as litera- ture retrieval,questionnaire survey, and two research methods, such as correlation analysis and comparative analysis, and the results showed that, compared to other universities, their service ability is very outstanding. Among them, the normal graduates, especially those graduates whose specialties have obvious professional directivity, play key functions in this point. Based on this, to maintain and promote the service ability of cultivating vocational education teachers, vocation-tech- nical teachers' colleges should guarantee the scale of normal education, develop and construct those specialties with strong professional attributes, and explore new teacher education system for vocational edueation.
