摘 要:介绍了基于中国铁道科学研究院机车车辆研究所的高速列车制动系统气动仿真平台。该平台具有自定义专用元件库、仿真结果处理及分析、模型优化、元件加密、CAE共仿真、硬件在环仿真等功能,已在高速列车制动系统的研发设计中应用。压力变换阀和直通式电空制动系统的仿真案例表明,利用气动仿真平台既能缩短制动系统的开发周期,又能提高设计的准确性。In the paper, the pneumatic simulation platform based on the software Imagine. Lab AME Sim for the brake system of High Speed Train is presented. This platform possesses the diverse kinds of functions such as the library of the appropriative elements in us- er-defined, Processing and analysis for the simulation results, Model optimization, Encrypted elements,CAE co-simulation, Hardware- in-the-loop(HIL)simulation and so on, which have been applied in the design of the simulation for the brake system of High Speed Train. It could be shown from the eases of the simulation application for pressure transformer valve and Direct Electro-pneumatic Brake System that the use of the pneumatic simulation platform is capable of optimizing the design of braking system by both enhancing its precision and shortening the developing period.
