新课改理念下基于网络环境的教师培训的实践探索

摘　　要：在新课程的理念下,对教师在职培训提出了更高的要求,在偏远地区,优质教育资源相对比较匮乏,基于网络的教师培训与传统教师培训相比更有利于教师新课程理念的培养,本研究对新课改理念下基于网络的教师培训的实践探索进行总结分析,期望能对偏远地区开展网络环境教师培训提供一些有益的经验。Under the new curriculum idea,higher requirements for the training of in-service teachers have been put forward.In remote areas high quality education resources is relatively deficient,compared with traditional teacher training the teacher training based on web is more beneficial to culture the new curriculum ideal of teachers.In this study the practical exploration of teacher training based on web which had been practiced for several years in Xinjiang Bingtuan Education College is summarized and analyzed,and some useful experience is provided which could be helpful to teacher training based on web in the remote areas.
