教师生存意义的异化与重构

摘　　要：教学生活作为一种人为的、为人的生存实践,对教师有着特殊意义。然而,在教学生活世界中,教师生存意义发生了偏离,呈现出外在化、工具化、狭隘化、功利化、虚空化等倾向。为此,我们只有正确认识生存意义的性质,自觉培育生存信仰,积极转变生存方式,优化生存价值与规范体系,才能使教师生存意义得以充盈与完满,从而不断提升教师教学生活质量。As an artificial man＇s life activity, teacher＇s teaching life have a special survival mean- ing. However, in the real teaching life world, teacher＇ s survival meaning has some deviation problems such as externality, instnnnental, utilitarian and void. In order to rich the survival meaning and improve the teaching life quality, we should have a correct understanding on the nature of survival meaning, culti- vate the survival belief, positive change the survival mode and optimize survival value and normative system.
