摘　　要：农村、牧区基础教育是青海教育中最薄弱的环节,文章针对青海农村基础教育中存在的问题提出了实现教育均衡发展的对策。Rural basic education in Qinghai province is the weakest link in Qinghai education. Especially in the trend of balanced development of education, there are many problems in basic education of rural areas in Qinghai. This paper proposed a series of measures according to the reality to promote the development of education in Qinghai.
