摘 要:PID参数整定是PID控制器设计的关键。针对航空发动机PID控制器参数整定问题,研究了一种基于闭环增益成形PID设计方法在其中的应用。首先,根据期望控制系统的截止频率设计具有一阶惯性环节形式的期望闭环传递函数形状。然后,将某发动机对象传递函数近似表示为二阶深严格真形式;继而,可根据闭环增益成形设计方法,即假设期望闭环传递函数与实际闭环传递函数相等,可整定PID控制器参数。仿真分析检验了控制器良好的鲁棒性和动态品质,检验了该方法的有效性。A PID controller based on closed-loop gain shaping was presented and was applied in controller design for an aero-engine control system.First,the final shape of the expected closed-loop transfer function with one order was designed according to the cutoff frequency of the control system.And then,the transfer function of the controlled plant was expressed as a 2-order deep strictly proper plant.A new closed-loop control system with the 2-order plant and the PID controller were formed.Then,the parameters of PID controller can be directly constructed according to the closed-loop gain shaping design method by supposing that the expected closed-loop transfer function was equal to the actual transfer function.Simulation result verified the fine robustness and dynamic quality of the controller and the validity of this method.
