摘  要:目的:探讨护理带教模式,提高护理本科生临床实践能力及素养,培养优秀护理人才。方法:对2007、2008年度来我院临床实习的16名护理本科生作为实验组,采用导师制带教模式,即除临床带教老师外给每位护理本科生一名由科教科指定的护理导师,对其学习、工作、生活进行全面关注指导。将往年来我院临床实习的护理本科生18名设为对照组,除临床带教老师外无一对一导师指导。结果:专科实习结束,进行多向评价,比较两组临床实践能力、临床带教老师对学生的评价、患者对护理本科生满意度及护生对教学的满意度,各项差异都有统计学意义。结论:采用导师制带教模式能提高护理本科生的临床实习效果和临床实践能力,同时能提高老师的带教能力,达到教学相长的目的。[Objective]Discussing clinical nursing teaching model,to improve regular nursing college student's clinical practice ability and to train exellent nursing talent.[Method]16 regular nursing college probationers in our hospital during year 2007and year 2008 looked as experimental group,using 'dao shi zhi' clinical nursing teaching model(Except clinical teacher,each student has an assigned nuring expert as a tutor to guide them on every aspect of learning working and daily living);18 regular nursing college probationers befor year 2007 make up controled group,except clinical teacher,there is no specific tutor to guide them.[Result]After student's clinical practation,there is significant difference between the two groups in student' s clinical practice abbility clinical teacher's eveluation on student、patient's satisfaction on student student's satisfaction on clinical teaching.[Conclution]'dao shi zhi' nursing teaching model can improve effectiveness of clinical practice,and at same time, can enhance clinical teacher's teaching ability.
