摘　　要：坚持"产学结合、校企合作"是办好高等职业教育的必由之路。许多成功的事例表明:有成效的"产学结合、校企合作",能极大地缓解高等职业教育发展中的矛盾;能有效地提高教师"双师"素质;能增强学生动手操作能力;能积极地推进毕业生就业。达到学校、学生和企业的"三赢",从而实现最佳效果。Combination between the learning and production and the cooperation between the school and enterprises are the inevitable course in our higher vocational educations.Many examples indicate effective combination between learning and production and cooperation between school and enterprise can great release contradiction in the high vocational education,and also effectively improve the teachers’ talents,enhance the student ability to operate,so that they can easily seek an employment and reach the multi-wins of the students,schools and the enterprises.
