摘 要:教师专业分段发展理论倡导"专家型教师"的成长理念。"专家型教师"是"骨干型教师"发展的目标。但考察我国中小学教师的实际情形,由于受多种因素制约,现有的"骨干教师"专业成长存在诸多弱点,所以,应参照"专家型"的理念规划职业生涯,并在自己专业发展的各个阶段,尽可能融入新的成长理念。Theories of teacher academic development initiated the growth ideas of expert teacher.Expert teacher is the ultimate goal of key teachers.Exploration of the situation of primary and middle school teachers in China shown that weakness remain for the academic growth of teachers due to various factors.This paper suggests that new growth ideas shall be integrated and the ideas in the planning of expert teachers shall be referred to in the different stages of their academic development.
