摘　　要：通过对湖北省16所高中的优秀教师、高中学生以及实习师范生的问卷调查与访谈,发现师范生在掌握教师专业技能方面还存在许多问题,与中学优秀教师相比还有很大差距。造成师范院校师范生专业技能培养不力的原因是多方面的,因此应从各方面高度重视师范生专业技能培养。According to the questionnaire survey and interview for teachers,students and internship normal students in 16 high schools in Hubei province,we find that there are several problems in professional skills attainment of normal students and there is a long way for them to become excellent teachers.The reasons for weak professional abilities of normal students are various.Thus,normal university should take steps to enhance the training of professional skills.
