摘　　要：法律硕士专业学位的培养目标是培养符合建设社会主义法治国家需要的精英型法律职业人才,围绕这一培养目标的实现,必须改变我国法学教育与法律职业严重脱节的现状,改进法律硕士指导体制和教学方法,建立顺应法律职业教育的指导体制,组建胜任法律职业教育的导师队伍,探索顺应法律职业教育的教学方式,打造法律硕士职业素养的养成机制,加强对法律硕士的就业指导。The target of J.M.program is to cultivate legal professional elites for constructing the rule of law in socialism nation,which should be realized by changing the current disjunction between Chinese legal education and legal profession.To achieve this goal,this article proposes to reform the tutoring system and teaching methodology of J.M.,explore the legal profession pro tutoring system,build up a team of tutors capable of legal professional education,make a probe into legal profession-oriented teaching methodology,form the cultivating system of J.M.＇s professional qualities,and strengthen the employment guidance for juris masters.
