摘　　要：课程体系改革与课程建设一直是我国外语教学改革的重点和难点。完善的英语教学体系是培养 2 1世纪需要的高素质、复合型外语人才的基础。通过对我国目前英语教学中所存在的体系不完善、重复教学严重等问题进行了针对性的研究 。Reform of curricular system and curricular construction has always been of great significance and difficulty in foreign language teaching reform. Perfect English teaching system is the foundation to cultivate highly qualified and multi abilitied intellectuals in foreign languages needed in the 21 century. This paper attempts to investigate such serious problems in our country's present English teaching as the inadequacy in teaching system and highly repetitive teaching and puts forward corresponding conceptions in reform.
