摘　　要：利用Kuratowskii非紧致测度及M.A.Krasnoselskii不动点定理证明了Banach空间常微分方程右端不连续Cauchy问题解的存在性的一个结果。With the application of kuratowskii's measures of noncompactness and M.A Krasnoselskii's theorem on fixed point of mappings, the theorem of solution to Cauchy's problem in ordinany differential equations for discontinuous right hand in Banach Spaces is presented. The main result in paper [1] as a special case is further developed.
