摘　　要：本文借鉴国外职业教育成功经验,以应用技术学院与重庆长都假日酒店联合办学的"长都班"为案例分析,研究高职酒店管理专业工学结合模式下的教学改革的"8双"创新特色和成效,探索具有中国国情和重庆特色的应用型酒店服务和管理人才培养模式。By taking foreign successful experience of vocational education as a reference and by taking ＂Changdu Class＂ managed by the alliance of Applied Technology School with Chongqing Changdu Holiday Hotel as an analysis case,this paper studies the innovative characteristics and achievement of Eight-Doubling Teaching Model under the mode of the combination of learning with practice for hotel management major of higher vocational colleges,and explores talent cultivation mode for applied hotel service and management with Chinese characteristics and Chongqing characteristics.
