摘　　要：学习型医院建设必须坚持以学习者为本，确立明晰的目标，并在目标指导下采取综合措施整体推进，在此基础上抓住医务人员的学习这个重点，根据各级各类医务人员的不同需求激发他们的学习动力，建立激励机制，实现学习型医院建设的良性循环和可持续发展。Construction of learning-oriented hospital must establish a clear goal, and under the guidance of the target, comrehensive mearures of whole advancement must be adopted and staffs study must be emphasized according to their different needs to motivate them, and meanwhile incentive mecha- nism should be established to realize the benign circulation and sustainable development of construction of learning-oriented hospital.
