摘 要:我国中职教师在职攻读硕士学位培养工作面临生源不足、培养目标与培养现状间存在矛盾、培养特色不鲜明、学制安排不合理等问题。为此,应建立独立、配套的中职硕士招生制度;调整、优化中职硕士培养方案和教学计划,把培养高层次的中职学校"双师型"骨干教师和专业带头人作为培养目标;采用多元化培养模式,实现学术性与职业性紧密结合;建立高质量的导师队伍;严格学位论文要求;加强质量监控与保障。At present,there are some problems in training secondary vocational school teachers studying for master degree in-service,such as shortage of students,the contradiction between training objectives and current situation,lack of distinct training characteristics and unreasonable arrangements of education system,etc.Therefore,the following measures should be taken: to establish an independent and matching enrollment system for postgraduates of secondary vocational school teachers;to adjust and optimize the program of training and teaching for postgraduates of secondary vocational teachers while to take training "dual-qualification" backbone teachers and professional leaders as the training objective;to adopt the diversified training modes so as to make academic combine with professional closely;establish a team of qualified supervisors;to make strict requirements for degree paper,and to reinforce quality monitoring and assurance.
