社会学视域下高职院校师生冲突与教师权威结构转型——基于对常州高职院校的调查

摘　　要：调查研究发现,由于高职院校教师和学生间在教育及管理观念、教师角色及信息获取上存在差异,目前高职院校教师权威开始弱化,师生冲突普遍存在。为此,高职教师需要重新思考其在师生关系中的角色定位,加强与学生的沟通交流,加强专业学习,提高综合教学能力,加强德行修养,以构建新型教师权威。Investigations found that because of the differences of the concepts of education and management,roles of teachers and information acquisition between teachers and students,at present,teachers＇ authority of higher vocational schools is becoming weakening,and there exist common conflicts between them.Therefore,the teachers should relocate their roles in their relationship with students,strengthen communication with students,reinforce professional study,improve comprehensive teaching abilities and strengthen the virtue accomplishment so as to construct the new teacher authority.
