摘  要:我国医学教育改革重点围绕着课程改革展开。课程改革的核心是改变传统的讲授式教学模式,促进学生多种能力的培养,使学生担负起自身学习的责任。推进以问题为基础学习(PBL)教学是目前医学课程改革的热点,然而由于教育资源所限,PBL教学无法广泛开展。以团队为基础学习(TBL)兼顾了传统教学和PBL教学的优点,弥补了传统教学和PBL教学的不足。因此,TBL在我国医学院校的推广应用具有重要的现实意义,将会进一步推动医学教育改革的深入开展。The medical education reform in China mainly focuses on curriculum reform, the core of which is to transform traditional didactic teaching, develop students' various abilities, and make students responsible for their own learning. PBL is a hot topic in curriculum reform, but due to the limitation of resources it is difficult to be used widely among the huge number of medical students in China. TBL combines the advantages of traditional teaching and PBL, and overcomes the weaknesses of the two teaching methods. Therefore, promoting TBL in the medical schools of China has very realistic significance, which will further deepen the reform of medical education in China.
