摘　　要：许多高校实施了跨学科联合培养复合型人才的培养模式，但是如何切实可行地提高研究生培养质量尚有待研究。本文总结了大连医科大学和大连理工大学联合培养研究生的实践经验，规范联合培养研究生的方法，期待能够推动高等教育的改革，从而培养出更多高层次复合型的适合多学科发展需要的复合型人才。Many institutions of higher learning put forward interdisciplinary training patterns for all-roud talents, but lack of standardized proposals to enhance the quality of training. This study summarized the practical experiences of co-culturing post-graduates in medicine with science＆ engineering, and optimized a co-cuhuring method, expecting to push forward the reformation of high education, and raise more high level all-roud talents meeting the multidisciplinary development.
