摘　　要：本文从创新团队建设的意义入手,通过国内外创新团队建设研究现状,发现创新团队在建设进程中的问题,并针对现有问题提出切实有效的建议。Setting up the academic innovation team already becomes the important means to strengthen the university teachers troop construction. However, most universities have many problems in the innovation team self-building and external environment construction. Because of the important meaning which the innovation team obtains, this article studies the present situation of the domestic and foreign innovation team construction, and put forward the practical effective proposal which exists in the construction process.
