摘　　要："学而优则仕"思想是孔子教育思想的重要组成部分,该思想把是否有才能作为选拔人才的重要标准,"学而优则仕"深刻影响着中国传统社会知识分子的价值取向,对知识分子通过勤奋学习试图改变自己的身份地位有着鼓励作用。同时,"学而优则仕"在一定程度上堪称是科举制度公平性的重要基石,促进了科举制度选拔人才的公平性。＂learn good to be official＂ is confucious＇s important educational thought.The thought regards unusual talent as the formost standard.＂learn good to be official＂ produces an important influence on the value of Chinese traditional intellectual and encourages them to change their status.Meanwhile,this thought is the important cornerstone of imperial examination system which promote the fairness of imperial examination system.
