摘 要:教师教育职前阶段准教师从教能力的养成既是培养方着力解决的问题,也应是受训方戮力矢之的目标。作为培训方尤其要在学生中科学分层,在施行共同培养目标的基础上,区分不同程度的学生在同一时间、空间下的着力目标的差异,并解决好不同程度学生之间的协作问题,做到资源优化与整合。In the pre-stage education of teachers,the development of the prospective teacher's ability is the problem that train side make efforts to solve,also is the goal that trained side to achieve.As the train side,need to distinguish the difference of the students.On the base of the common developing goals,the train side distinguish the different levels of students which have different goals at the same time and space,and solve the problem of collaboration between different levels students,and to optimize and integrate resources.
