摘  要:为了研究宣木瓜粗提物的抑菌作用以及紫外光和温度对其抑菌作用的影响,以95%乙醇和蒸馏水作为溶剂,采用水浴振荡法对宣木瓜粗提物进行提取。采用平板打孔法测定宣木瓜不同粗提物对荧光假单胞菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和四联球菌的抑菌作用以及最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度。结果表明,宣木瓜95%乙醇粗提物和蒸馏水粗提物对5种有害菌都有明显的抑制作用,而且95%乙醇粗提物的抑菌作用优于蒸馏水粗提物,两种粗提物均有较好的紫外光稳定性和热稳定性。Chaenomeles Speciosa S. Nakai was extracted by bain-marie vibration method with 95% ethanol and distilled water as solvent in order to study the antimicrobial activity of its crude extracts and the influence of ultraviolet ray and temperature on their antimicrobial activities. Two different crude extracts were tested the antimicrobial activity to Pseudomonas fluorescens,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylocaccus aureus,Micrococcus tetragenus and minimum inhibitory concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration by disk diffused tests. The results showed that 95% ethanol crude extract and distilled water extract possessed obvious antimicrobial activity to five harmful bacterias,and 95% ethanol crude extract of antimicrobial activity was superior than that of distilled water extract,crude extracts both had good ultraviolet stabilization and thermo stabilization.
